Ms. Camay will share subject matter expert information and national statistics in her presentation on the topic of bullying in the workplace, sharing her personal testimony with the audience. The audience will gain knowledge about this epidemic and will learn simple concepts they can implement into their working environment to set clear boundaries and address being bullied in the workplace. The audience will also learn how to properly address being bullied in the workplace with appropriate corporate leaders and federal agencies, while potentially building a strong civil claim against repeated harassment and retaliation.
