Webinar Instructions

To Access Webinar

Approximately 1 day prior to the webinar you will be sent an email which will include a link to the webinar.  By clicking the webinar link you will be able to register in the GoToWebinar software (this allows us to track attendance) and gain access to the session.

The audio is through your computer.  If you need to use your phone, as well, GoToWebinar will give you a number after you register. Attendees are muted; however, questions or comments can be sent using your questions feature or by using the raise your hand option and we will unmute your audio.  You must be logged in to the GoToWebinar software in order for us to track your attendance.

Courses are priced for individual use and consumption and are not intended for rebroadcast and sharing.

Course Materials

To access course materials please click on "My Courses" then "Webinar" at nala.education approximately 1 day prior to the webinar. Handouts are also available in GoToWebinar during the presentation. 

The handouts are in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, it is available as a free download from the following web site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.

Certificates of Attendance/CLE Credit

Within 1 week of the webinar attendance will be marked and a completion email will be sent stating that your certificate is now available.  To view your certificate and transcript please visit nala.education.  Click on the blue arrow in the top right and select transcipt.  From this menu, you can view or print certificates or your transcript.

Recorded Presentation

Most webinars are recorded and available for you to access approximately 2 weeks after the live version of the presentation.  To view the recorded version click on "My Courses" then "Webinar" at nala.education.
