Tim McCurdy helps seniors protect their life savings while ensuring access to the health care they need. As an elder law attorney, Tim helps families navigate the complex world of Medicaid to obtain eligibility for nursing home benefits. Tim is a board member of the Missouri chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and on the Foundations Board for Aging Ahead.
In addition to elder law, Tim’s practice includes guardianships, probate estates, trusts and estates litigation, and medical malpractice defense. Tim has lived in St. Louis since graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 2002. He currently lives in Chesterfield with his wife, two sons, and three dogs.
