Stephanie Grise

Stephanie Grise has worked at U.S. Bank for over nine years, managing legal risk and providing legal advice to U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation. She is a member of the business line’s senior leadership team. Stephanie also engages in the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of the business line and the Law Division as chair of the department’s Equity & Racial Justice Council. She is a member of the Law Division’s pro bono committee. Stephanie enjoys mentoring black attorneys and other people of color in the legal and financial services industries. She also serves as chair of the board of the ArchCity Defenders. Before joining U.S. Bank, Stephanie practiced law as a real estate and public finance attorney.
