Anna King is Senior Counsel at Markel Corporation. She advises the company in a number of areas including compliance, general corporate matters and business transactions. She also provides diverse legal guidance to the Markel Ventures industrial and service businesses. Ms. King joined Markel in 2009. Prior to joining Markel, Ms. King was an in house counsel at LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. for 10 years. From 2010 to 2014, Ms. King also served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Richmond Law School where she taught the Corporate Counsel Section of the Clinical Placement Program. She is a graduate of William and Mary Law School and Georgetown University.
