The due diligence process provides the transactional paralegal an exciting opportunity to investigate the facts about a transaction, piece of property, business, or individual; perform legal research; use verbal and written communication skills; and expand their knowledge of the matter at hand. This on-demand webinar covers the due diligence process conducted by paralegals for real estate, financing, merger & acquisition, and other types of transactions. It discusses the purposes of due diligence, the parties involved, and the types of property concerned. It reviews various types of searches and reviews, with a special focus on real estate reviews.
