This on-demand webinar will provide an overview of different discovery related issues that typically arise in insurance coverage litigation, discussing why such discovery is needed and the practical challenges related to conducting such discovery. Amongst other topics, this course will consider document requests typically served in an insurance coverage action and why such documents are being sought. Also, this course will identify the importance of non-party discovery in gathering evidence to support your case and how such non-party discovery can be conducted. Finally, this course will consider the role of experts and issues that can arise with expert discovery, such as the types of experts retained by both insurance companies and policyholders as well as how expert testimony can be used in an insurance coverage related litigation.
