This self-study course includes an integrated text book, engaging activities, and knowledge checks. Once you’ve finished studying, you’ll take the comprehensive exam to earn CLEs and the ACP.

A paralegal who manages contracts, at minimum, must be well-versed in the law, contractual terms, and budgets while possessing superior time management and communication skills. Moreover, as this course will demonstrate, a paralegal with these proven skills has the ability to work between many sectors including academia, government, large corporations, and small businesses. Earning the Contract Management Advanced Certified Paralegal Credential:

  • Use the course content and the chapter reviews to prepare for the comprehensive exam.
  • A passing score is 90%.
  • Three attempts for a passing score are available with this course.
  • An exam retake purchase is available for three additional attempts.
  • Statement of Completion - Upon completion of the course and successfully passing the exam, a statement of completion is required. The statement of completion is a summary of what you learned from this course and how you will apply this to your job.
    • Once the statement of completion is uploaded, an alert is sent to NALA.
    • Upon satisfactory review of the statement, NALA marks the course 100% complete and begins the process of issuing the certificate and credential* if you are eligible.

* The distinguished ACP credential is available to current NALA Certified Paralegals. Anyone, regardless of credentials, may take this course solely for gaining knowledge and will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course and exam.
