Constitutional Law focuses on the structure of the Constitution and why it was written the way it was. Areas covered are the purposes behind both the 5th and 14th Amendments and all the protections for the accused contained in the 5th Amendment, including Procedural and Substantive Due Process.  Furthermore, discussion revolves around the Separation of Powers, the Incorporation Doctrine, and the Equal Protection Clause. The on-demand webinar analyzes and debates some key Supreme Court rulings under the 5th and 14th Amendments, including Brown v. Board of Education, Miranda v. Arizona and the Supreme Court ruling on Gay Marriage.
