Course Materials:

The course has three modules with materials, activities, and tests. The course features a full glossary.

Become a California Advanced Specialist (CAS™) in Discovery by participating in the CAS program. This course highlights differences between Federal and California discovery laws and procedures. The course is owned and developed by the Commission for Certification of California Paralegals (CCCP). Whether you have one year or ten years of experience, professional certification can help you advance your career. You are more valuable to your employer or a potential employer if you have more than the basic paralegal certificate. Earn the CAS™ in CA Discovery and move your career foward.

Requirements:
- Have a CP from NALA
- Successfully complete APC course in Discovery
- Successfully complete CAS Course in Discovery with a mninimum score of 90% on each module test

However, the courses are not designed to take the place of formal paralegal training as may be available through a community college or university.
