This on-demand webinar is comprised of three sections. First, the presenter will discuss the basics of trusts. Who makes a good trustee? How do trusts work in everyday life? When do trusts fail? Secondly, the implementation of trusts will be reviewed. Common funding challenges will be analyzed. Fiduciary accounting, trust litigation, and strategies for trust dispute scenarios will be discussed. Thirdly, the presenter will outline drafting challenges and errors which arise in drafting trusts.
