BasicThis session will explore whether the Fifth Amendment prohibits justice from being served. Specifically, the session will focus on the Fifth Amendment, including Double Jeopardy, the Self-Incrimination Clause, and Due Process. There will be an analysis on Fifth Amendment protections for the accused, and a discussion on whether we have too many Constitutional protections for the accused. Furthermore, we will explore Eminent Domain and why it is too much power given to the government.
